No, we do not send out tracking numbers. Most of our packages arrive within the above-mentioned shipping times. If you do not receive your product in this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us and request the tracking number.
How does customs duties work for international shipping?
Once the shipment arrives at customs in your country, they will apply the necessary import duties and VAT where applicable. DHL will contact you to settle the customs.
Is online payment safe?
Yes! We use Payfast to process transactions, it’s like a South African version of Paypal. So we do not process transactions on our website, but on Payfast. We are not able to hold any of your card details.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards – Visa and Mastercard. In store we accept card and cash.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Please choose this option on checkout. You can also arrange your own courier for pick up.
How do I place an order online?
Placing an order is simple.
Find your products using the navigation or search bar.
Select the fabric you like. Add how many meters you would like (the price is shown per meter on the product page).
When you are done adding all the fabrics you want, click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner of the website to either view your cart or checkout. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
Fill out your shipping and billing information and shipping will be calculated. Once complete, click “Place Order”.
You will now be directed to Payfast to complete your payment. Please follow the online instructions.
You’re done! You will receive a confirmation email.
Our team will then receive your order and it will be shipped in 1 – 2 working days.
That’s it! Just like that you will be able to enjoy our store and our products without leaving your home!
Are there any refunds on orders?
There are strictly no refunds online orders.
Do you offer a catalog?
We do not offer a catalog at this time. There are constantly new fabrics entering our store and some are limited edition or end-of-range, and a print catalog would never be up to date!
